AFAIK, 2-3/4" chambers on an early Brit gun indicate a fowler or a pigeon gun - full stop. This gun was not built for fowling, I am sure.

The only gun that equals a Grant sidelever in elegance is a Dickson round action. I have no plans to sell or trade mine!Mike Spieshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10181679891489101232noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8732486.post-89768978721581443752008-05-24T12:18:00.000-07:002008-05-24T12:18:00.000-07:00Sweet! Still balances very nicely despite weight!

When I get 50 bucks I can find out the original details from Atkin Grant and Lang-- who will still make you one just like it minus the Damascus.Steve Bodiohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14434597061701369867noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8732486.post-20387992968510939302008-05-23T15:58:00.000-07:002008-05-23T15:58:00.000-07:00Beautiful!2 1/2 chambers on the Grant?Beautiful!

2 1/2 chambers on the Grant?mdmnmhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00191436711956580423noreply@blogger.com
