More Dogs n' Birds

Paul's Zoltar, son of Kyran and Ataika, pensive...

... and in the field:

A fresh- trapped NM Gos, sadly not mine:

The late tazi "Gos" from Kurdistan-- those eyes are appropriate!

And Vladimir's new "Sanct Petersburg" tazi pup Timur-- new genes, and beautiful!

Good lord, those are beautiful dogs. Gos's eyes look familiar. The expression is unmistakable. I've seen it a few times, always on the faces of the most driven hunting and stock dogs.

Great pics!

I hope Zoltar is no longer being referred to as Zoltard. Fine looking boy! Does he have his mother's speed?

All of our dogs have multiple names, and somehow they seem to keep them all straight. His current common name is "Boog" or just "Z". He's never run with his mother, though he is mighty quick.
