A few photos

Our New Year's run. Looking for hares:

Plummer blurs by (forgive quality of the pic but I had to give credit to a fat 10- year- old lurcher who can still press a hare!)

Coming back after a run.

Antelope! (luckily I could call off the hounds-- good dogs!)

Tazis run by.

Hi Steve

Figures in a Big Landscape looks and sounds like the cover pic AND posssible Title of a Southwestern life autobio , which could just be the sequel to Querencia- especially now you appear to have finished the immediately post current writing projects!.

Happy New Year, and Love to Libby- wish I was there too!

Nice pics. My "envy" is about to be rewarded. We'll be in NM in about 10 days, where the pup, Sandia, will finally see his first jack. Right now it looks like we'll have a record 7-8 weeks out there due to some potential revenue producing events in Mountainaire.. so we'll be up and down between there and Deming a couple of times. Maybe we can finally get together and chase a few!

Photo "Tazis run by " at first glance looked like a pride of lions on the hunt.

New years day I witnessed a peragrine falcon take a dove while looking out my office window, the bird landed with his take just feet from my door. I take this as a good omen for the year. Location extreme SW corner of central valley Ca. in a oilfield.

Johnny-- maybe not a bad idea eventually. Reminds me of Colin Willock's "Landscape with Solitary Figure".

Dan & Margaret-- sounds good to me.

2Dogs-- They do, don't they?
