"Stuff is eaten by dogs, broken by family and friends, sanded down by the wind, frozen by the mountains, lost by the prairie, burnt off by the sun, washed away by the rain. So you are left with dogs, family, friends, sun, rain, wind, prairie and mountains. What more do you want?"

Okay, clever minds, submit your captions for this photo.
"Oh GREAT! I'm here raising five obnoxious teenagers eating me out of NEST AND TERRITORY and YOU are off SOARING IN THERMALS looking over at the neighbor's territory and EYEING THAT FAT FEMALE he's got over there! Hey! Come back here! I SAID COME BAAAAAAAAAAACK!!!"
National Geographic commentators voice,"As you can see this hawk has evolved a new hunting technique, it will sit absolutely still and just hope that a bird fly's into his mouth. Lets wait and see what happens."
Matt, it's strange how our minds go down the same paths at times, but your addition of the "eyeing that fat female" was over the top!
Of course, what really happened was I came by, flushing the red-tail off a bunny in the draw, and got scolded in the process. But when I looked at the photo, I realized the bird could either be screaming ... or yawning.
