"Stuff is eaten by dogs, broken by family and friends, sanded down by the wind, frozen by the mountains, lost by the prairie, burnt off by the sun, washed away by the rain. So you are left with dogs, family, friends, sun, rain, wind, prairie and mountains. What more do you want?"

Quote of the Day
"I call it dogwatching, just like birdwatching for some. We all are dogwatchers, no matter, hunting, or not."
(Vladimir Beregovoy, emeritus dogwatcher, in our Asia Group)
I am always amazed at how much TALKING people do to dogs, and how little LISTENING they do.
Watch dog at the park, and entire conversations are taking place between old friends and new acquaitances.
Then, if you learn a few words of dog, and send it back to them, watch the ECSTACY it brings! I played bowed for my son's pit bull and the dog went NUTS. He was SO thrilled to find someone who "si habla pero." And all I said was a few words.
