"Stuff is eaten by dogs, broken by family and friends, sanded down by the wind, frozen by the mountains, lost by the prairie, burnt off by the sun, washed away by the rain. So you are left with dogs, family, friends, sun, rain, wind, prairie and mountains. What more do you want?"

Three Thousand Posts!
Scribble, Scribble...
Sometimes I feel like it too. Ages of a writer... (recent suggestions added since yesterday)
One of the Assistant Scoutmasters in my Scout troop had one and I always thought it was the coolest car. He was a surveyor and used his as a field vehicle to haul his transit etc around in. I can't remember the last time I saw one.

I am so impressed! I have nearly reached 100 of my own, and I cannot even imagine getting to 1000 much less 3000. You're an inspiration. Mary Ann
ReplyDeleteIs that a Morris Minor in photo #2?
ReplyDeleteMy Morris Minor "shooting brake"., early 50's vintage I think, taken on the way to the Lime Rock sports car races in 1967.
ReplyDeleteMary Ann Rose has one today. I might post on this when my "real" computer is working again.
