Pete Seeger's song "Little Boxes" comes to mind with this "Cookie Cutter Querencia" slice of contemporary Suburbia... You just might benefit from an added influx of web traffic!
When Jason and I were looking for a house we checked out one in a subdivision called "California Reflections." "Querencia" is a much better name than that. (As it is our neighborhood does not have a name, or an HOA, thank goodness!)
Reminds me of a housing development with tha mefluvious sounding name of "Forest Hills", during the construction of which, they cut down the forest, and leveled the hills......L.B.
